Despite not having challenges involving technical climbing, it still requires good preparation before embarking on the journey. You will be hiking for 6-7 hours on average, consistently, for around two weeks (depending on your itinerary), with significant gains in elevation and unpredictable weather changes.

Running on a gym treadmill and doing weight lifts will not be enough; you should also go hiking on hills or mountains near you to familiarize yourself with the rough ups and downs of the trail.
